Design and Sampling Process

The customer provides the product requirements, reference images, logo files, and any other necessary information. If a complete dimensioned drawing is available, please provide it at this stage.
The applicable service option and fee, will be confirmed based on whether the customer provides a complete dimensioned drawing.
If no dimensioned drawing is provided, we will first prepare a dimensioned product rendering. Once the design is approved, we will proceed with pattern making.
If the customer provides a complete dimensioned drawing, we will proceed directly with pattern making.
e.g.
A sample will be produced according to the approved design and pattern. The customer can then review and confirm the dimensions, construction, and overall appearance.
Once the customer approves the sample, the design and sampling stage is complete.
If any modifications are requested, an additional fee of USD 80 will be charged for each pattern revision and revised sample.

Important Note: The number of revisions is calculated based on modification requests made after the customer reviews the initial sample. Each revision, including pattern adjustment and production of a revised sample, is charged at USD80.
